We offer a wide range of brand design services, including logo design, brand identity development, brand strategy, brand guidelines, and visual design for various brand assets such as websites, business cards, and packaging.
The timeline for a brand design project can vary depending on the scope of the project and the number of revisions needed. However, we typically estimate a turnaround time of around 6-8 weeks for brand design. Developing a brand identity involves several stages, including research, strategy development, design concept creation, and revisions. Each stage takes time to ensure we create a brand identity that aligns with your business goals and resonates with your target audience.
We offer two rounds of revisions for our brand design services. Additional revisions beyond the two included revisions will incur a fee. Our team will work closely with you during the design process to minimize the need for additional revisions and ensure that we meet your expectations.
When you work with us, you’ll receive your brand design files in vector format, PNG for web use, and PDF for print use. AI files are also available upon request.
While we recommend a comprehensive brand strategy beyond a logo, we understand budget constraints. Introducing our Logo Solutions Package, tailored for clients seeking a standalone logo. Although not our primary recommendation, it provides a temporary solution for those not ready for a full brand design.
Typically, the logo solution package is completed within 21 business days. This timeframe is carefully chosen to ensure that we have ample time to dedicate hours every day to thorough research. During this period, we delve deep into understanding your brand, analyzing your competitors, studying demographics, and exploring effective marketing strategies. This extended duration allows us to meticulously craft the perfect logo that truly reflects and enhances your brand identity. Rest assured, your project holds a dedicated spot in our fully booked schedule, ensuring the attention and detail it deserves.
Yes, we offer brand strategy consultation as part of our brand design service. However, this consultation is only done after the service is booked and the contract is signed. We do this to protect our clients and our business. Our brand strategy suggestions and ideas are considered valuable assets, and we cannot risk having people receive a free brand strategy and then attempt to develop their brand with the information we provided. Once you’ve booked our brand design service and signed the contract, we can then discuss your brand strategy and work together to develop a comprehensive plan that aligns with your business goals and resonates with your target audience.
Absolutely! We can design a wide range of visual assets for your brand, including websites, business cards, and packaging. Just let us know what you need and we can discuss the details.
Our website design services typically have a turnaround time of 3-6 months. We source a suitable template from our trusted third-party providers and customize it to align with your branding and business goals. We integrate custom design elements such as typography, color palettes, and illustrations to make the website unique to your brand. Additionally, we offer copywriting services, optimize your website for search engines and performance, and provide revisions throughout the website design process to ensure that you receive a website that not only looks great but also helps you achieve your business objectives.
Yes, there will be ongoing costs that are not related to our design service. You will be responsible for hosting fees, domain registration fees, and any ongoing maintenance. We will provide you with a list of recommended providers, but ultimately, it will be your responsibility to cover these costs. It’s important to note that we do not collect these fees and are not affiliated with any of the providers we recommend. If you require ongoing maintenance or updates, we offer support at an hourly rate.
To get started, we require a 50% non-refundable retainer and a signed contract. This helps us schedule your project and begin working on your brand identity. Remaining balance is due upon project completion.
As an exception to our standard payment procedure, we kindly request full upfront payment for our logo solution package and special promotions. This enables us to provide occasional discounts and our smaller branding logo package while ensuring fair compensation for our time and efforts.
We accept online payments via PayPal, credit card, and debit card. We will provide you with an invoice that includes a link to pay online securely. If you prefer to pay via a different method, please let us know, and we’ll try to accommodate your request.
